The Opportunity: Drive Growth & Maximize Your Earnings

As a fully remote Business Development Officer, you will be pivotal in driving the bank's SBA lending growth nationwide. This role is tailor-made for a proactive closer eager to maximize their OTE potential ($450k minimum expected, up to $600k+ first year!).

  • Originate SBA 7(a) & 504 loans, equipment leasing, and ABL transactions.
  • Cultivate & Develop strong relationships with small business owners, brokers, and referral sources.
  • Generate business leads through strategic networking and market penetration.
  • Champion the bank's entrepreneurial lending philosophy.
  • Collaborate on marketing and sales strategy.
  • Manage the deal flow from application through underwriting to closing, utilizing Salesforce effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed significant annual production goals.

What You'll Bring: The Profile of Success

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of direct experience selling SBA 7a and SBA 504 loans.
  • Proven annual production "SALES" of $15 - 20MM+, specifically in SBA loans, over the previous three years.
  • A true "hunter" mentality with an insatiable hunger for winning deals and maximizing OTE.
  • Strong credit, commercial lending skills, and understanding of financial statements/cash flow.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Active referral network (preferred).
