Job summary

Acra Lending in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to manage escrow files from pre-closing through closing and post-closing.

You will prepare deeds, escrow instructions, title documents, and closing packages while coordinating with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure timely closings and accurate records. A strong focus on customer service and detail-oriented work is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Title & Escrow experience.
• Ability to manage files independently from open to close.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple files at once.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.

$150,000.00–$300,000.00 yearly

Full-time
