The Business Development Officer is assigned to support a specific Granite Bank branch and is responsible for driving growth within that branch's market area through relationship development, networking, and community engagement. This role focuses on creating new business opportunities, expanding customer relationships, generating referrals, and increasing loan and deposit growth. Serving as a key ambassador for Granite Bank, the Business Development Officer builds and maintains strong relationships with local businesses, Realtors, builders, developers, mortgage partners, and community organizations to enhance the branch's visibility and market presence. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated relationship builder with a proven track record in business development, sales, or community engagement and a passion for helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals.
