What will you be doing?

• Lead the end‑to‑end scoping, planning, and execution of high‑priority engineering projects, with a focus on Active Copper productization and manufacturing scale‑up
• Drive cross‑functional execution by partnering withEngineering, Operations, CI, Product Management, and R&D teams globally
• Developproject plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer commitments
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implementproactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Provideclear reporting and insights to senior leadership to support key business decisions and financial commitments
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, remove bottlenecks, and ensure alignment across teams
• Support the development and improvement of project management processes, tools, and portfolio tracking systems
• Contribute directly to initiatives that impactrevenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
