Qualifications
- BS or MS in a related engineering field with extensive leadership experience.
- 10+ years of building teams, resource management and project prioritization.
- Experience in new product development and scale-up of processes in semiconductor/manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead capital planning and prioritize capital projects within the portfolio.
- Oversee capital program execution and ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Drive cost management, risk mitigation and compliance in manufacturing.
- Support and drive organizational change to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
- Develop roadmaps for process improvements, automation, and data-driven decision making.
- Lead technical design reviews and readiness activities for new products.
