We are looking to add a Business Development Manager - Solar & Energy Storage Solutionsto the team. This a remote position. As part of the Renewables Business Development team, you will drive growth of Emerson’s Renewable Technologies for business in the North American PV Solar and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) market. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
You use serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings. You are capable to be a visionary and able to articulately paint credible pictures and visions of possibilities and likelihoods. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse customers.
For This Role, You Will Need:Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $180,000 annually + bonus, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
