IQ Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Software Engineering Services in the Medical Device sector to strengthen and grow our presence in the US market.
You will cultivate lasting relationships, manage long sales cycles, and lead consultative, technically credible proposals in collaboration with engineering and delivery teams. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape strategy, track the ecosystem, and represent IQ Inc.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Software Engineering Services - Medical Device) to strengthen and grow Critical Software and IQ Inc’s presence in the market.
This is a role for someone who knows the medical devices world inside out and is ready to build real, lasting relationships rather than chase quick wins. Think about long sales cycles, technical conversations, and partnerships that actually go somewhere.
Reporting directly to IQ Inc’s CEO, you won’t just execute a strategy, you’ll help shape it.
Every day we work on missions across industries as diverse as aerospace, space, defence, transport, telecoms, government, energy, finance, and healthcare. Building better and safer isn't a slogan. It's how we show up in the world. Critical Software is a proud Benefit Corporation: a for-profit business legally committed to positive impact on society, workers, the community, and the environment, in addition to profit.
IQ Inc., a Critical Software company, is a custom software engineering firm in Pittsburgh and the US arm of this global engineering group, building software for regulated, safety-critical, and mission-critical industries. We win work on technical credibility and long-term relationships, not off-the-shelf products.
We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.
