Job summary

Altius Talent is seeking a Business Development Manager for Project Logistics in Greater Houston, on-site, full-time. You will convert EPC, energy and industrial cargo needs into new project logistics opportunities, combining customer development with technical conversations around international freight.

You will build relationships with decision-makers in logistics, procurement and project management, qualify cargo requirements and tender timings, and develop multimodal proposals with pricing

Qualifications

• Sales or BD experience in project logistics or international freight forwarding.
• Proven track record winning or developing project-related business.
• Knowledge of breakbulk, OOG cargo and multimodal project movements.
• Ability to manage a technical sales process and maintain strong customer relationships.

Altius Talent is recruiting a commercial professional who can discuss cargo, routing and delivery requirements with customers, then work with pricing and operations to build a proposal that can be delivered.

What you will own
