Altius Talent is seeking a Business Development Manager for Project Logistics in Greater Houston, on-site, full-time. You will convert EPC, energy and industrial cargo needs into new project logistics opportunities, combining customer development with technical conversations around international freight.

You will build relationships with decision-makers in logistics, procurement and project management, qualify cargo requirements and tender timings, and develop multimodal proposals with pricing

Formación

• Sales or BD experience in project logistics or international freight forwarding.
• Proven track record winning or developing project-related business.
• Knowledge of breakbulk, OOG cargo and multimodal project movements.
• Ability to manage a technical sales process and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project logistics opportunities with EPC, energy and industrial customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in logistics, procurement and project management.
• Qualify cargo requirements, project schedules, tender timings and the purchasing process.
• Develop ocean, air and specialised inland transport proposals with pricing and operations.
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry and RFQ through negotiation, award and implementation.
• Track your pipeline, revenue, gross profit and account development against agreed targets.
