Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, focusing on process systems, energy sector, or filtration solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Remote work in one of the US major cities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a process systems market-specific business development plan to penetrate refineries, chemical producers, biopharma, and nuclear projects.
• Collaborate with process engineers, maintenance engineers, consultants, and engineering firms to secure product specifications.
• Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at target operators, engineering firms, and project integrators.
• Lead full project cycle sales from opportunity identification through qualification, testing, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Netsuite) to track opportunities, forecast, and document project developments.
• Build a qualified $100M pipeline and increase the qualified pipeline year over year with a $100M baseline.
• Achieve above 40% firm proposal win rate and improve the win rate year over year with a 40% baseline.
• Secure 5 – 10 new strategic accounts per year.
• Attain annual booking quota and grow orders by 10% year over year.
• Represent Mott at industry events.
