Business Development Manager - Power Division

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: West North Central, West South Central, East South Central Regions

Work Schedule: Remote with travel

Metric Geo is partnering with a rapidly growing, privately owned Specialty Electrical Contractor in the Mid-West. This established leader, with over $600M in annual revenue, is seeking a Business Development Manager for their Power division

This remote role focuses on Transmission, Distribution, and Substation projects across the US, with some travel for client meetings and conferences

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing business development strategies
• Identifying key pursuits and differentiating the company from competitors
• Leveraging internal resources to win profitable projects
• Leading operational "seller/doers."
• Driving bid/proposal strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the utility space (utility, equipment supplier, construction, or engineering firm).
• Strong network within utilities, engineering firms, developers
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
