Staffmark — Business Development Manager in Plano, TX will support MX Care+ presentations and drive category management to strengthen sales channel partnerships for our mobile device protection products.

You will build data-driven slide decks, create financial models, conduct market research, oversee digital merchandising, forecast sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing and inventory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Detail oriented with proven experience in presentation development, financial modeling, and category management.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop data-driven slide decks to communicate key messages and strategies.
Create financial simulations and models to support MX Care+ expansion.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research for strategy development.
Serve as primary contact for sales channel partners and manage category strategies.
Oversee digital merchandising and forecast sales trends.
Lead marketing and training to enhance partner capabilities.
Track sales, pricing models and profit margins to hit financial goals.
Support consumer purchase journey improvements to maximize conversion.
