Job summary

Staffmark Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead mobile-focused marketing strategies and activations. You will work to identify opportunities, shape go-to-market plans, and drive strategy through formal briefs to stakeholders for detailed tactical and KPI plans.

The role requires MBA preferred with 2-4 years in marketing or related fields, plus 4-6 years with a bachelor’s degree across tech, electronics, lifestyle brands or digital apps.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with 2-4 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, or product marketing.
• Ideal experience spans across a wide variety of examples including technology, consumer electronics, lifestyle and digital-first brands/apps.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with lead responsibilities for strategy, partner selection and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Owns and champions assigned marketing strategies & activations within the Mobile Division.
• Identifies market opportunities, go-to-market and campaign strategies for Mobile.
• Drives the implementation of the strategy through a formal brief presented to key stakeholders to develop detailed tactical and KPI plans.
• Establishes a formal cadence of reporting results through KPI dashboard and bi-monthly meetings for key projects.
• Optimizes the plan to maximize ROI and shifts resources to high-performing tactics.
• Connects marketing with cross-functional teams locally and globally; collaborates with agencies and leadership to coordinate execution.
• Provides marketing expertise on product portfolios, go-to-market and competitive strategy to help the team develop leading campaigns.
• Delivers regular overviews of business goals, market situation, products, personas, and competitor playbooks.
