Territory Sales Manager - B2B

Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are seeking highly motivated, seasoned sales professionals to expand our customer base throughout the Northeast. This is a dynamic sales position with a low turnover rate, reflecting our commitment to hiring the right professionals and supporting their success. Our consistent success is nationally recognized as industry leading.

Territory: Long Island, NY

The salary range for this position is $80,000 (plus commission and bonus). Compensation is based on experience, seniority, location, and other relevant factors.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales objectives/quotas
  • Identifying prospective customers and generating leads through cold-calling, trade shows, and networking
  • Maintaining an active sales funnel, including prospecting, cold calls, and setting appointments
  • Expanding Unitex’s extensive pipeline of National Account customers and prospects

Required Skills:

  • Own vehicle (mileage and tolls reimbursed)
  • 2-5 years of quota-driven outside or B2B sales experience
  • Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and closing skills
  • Industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and desire to succeed
