Job summary

BingX EU is seeking a business development professional to lead partnerships and affiliate programs across Europe in a dynamic Web3/fintech environment. You will drive user acquisition, deposits, and trading activity while expanding regional markets and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BD, partnership, affiliate, or sales experience in brokerage, CFD, trading, fintech, or crypto industries.
• Understanding of CFDs, ETFs, indices, commodities, or other multi-asset trading products.
• Strong partner network and proven track record of driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience at a brokerage, CFD broker, trading platform, fintech company, or crypto exchange.
• Familiarity with traditional financial markets and trading ecosystems.
• Additional local language skills are a plus.
