Job summary

Logwin Logistics US Inc. in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Business Development Manager to acquire new customers with high-value freight structures and to manage and expand existing client relationships.

You will prepare proposals, lead commercial negotiations, conduct on-site visits, and collaborate with internal teams in operations and product development to translate customer needs into scalable logistics solutions, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in business development or sales within air & sea logistics.
• Completed commercial or logistics-related education.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Organizational strength and confidence in negotiations.
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and CargoWise.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
