Job Description

This role involves growing existing customer relationships and developing new ones in the specialty lubricants market across US-North & Canada. You will collaborate with local distribution partners to identify and specify new opportunities, promoting and selling DuPont MOLYKOTE Specialty Lubricants for profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong distributor relationships to generate revenue and opportunities.
  • Set and pursue mutual objectives with Molykote Distributors.
  • Implement effective business plans with distributors.
  • Collaborate with distribution reps based on territory and market needs.
  • Initiate end-user lead generation programs through distribution channels.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain consistency with the company's channel sales strategy and execution.
  • Develop relationships with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
  • Support teams and partners effectively.
  • Identify and develop customer solutions, documenting in Salesforce.
  • Drive cross-business collaborations, including with Vespel and other units.
  • Articulate Molykote’s value proposition to partners and prospects.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience managing channel partners or distribution in a tech environment.
  • Experience with onboarding and enabling distributor partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Proven results-driven attitude and business development skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across US North and Canada.
Preferred Skills
  • 7+ years in Technical Service or Lubricants, preferably Specialty Lubricants.
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas, power generation, and energy distribution applications.
  • Experience with trade shows, conferences, and marketing channels.
  • Background in sales, business development, or marketing within related industries.
  • Language: English.

Salary Range: $90,930 - $142,890 annually.
