Job Description

This role involves expanding existing customer relationships and developing new ones within the specialty lubricants market in US-North & Canada. The position collaborates with local distribution partners to identify and specify new opportunities by promoting and selling DuPont MOLYKOTE Specialty Lubricants solutions for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with distributors to generate revenue and opportunities
  • Set mutual objectives with Molykote Distributors
  • Implement a cohesive business plan with distributors
  • Collaborate with distribution reps based on territory and market needs
  • Lead end-user lead generation programs through distribution
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Maintain consistency in channel sales strategy and execution
  • Build relationships with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Support teams and partners effectively
  • Identify and develop solutions to customer problems, documenting in Salesforce
  • Drive cross-business collaboration, especially with Vespel and other units
  • Articulate Molykote value proposition to partners
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience managing channel partners or distribution in a tech environment
  • Experience with onboarding and enabling distributor partners
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Proven results-driven mindset and business development passion
  • Travel requirement: 50% across US North & Canada
Preferred Skills
  • 7+ years in Technical Service in Lubricants, preferably Specialty Lubricants
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas, power generation, and energy distribution applications
  • Experience with trade shows and conferences
  • Sales, business development, or marketing experience in related industries
  • Language: English
