Purpose
Primary responsibility for this Business Development Manager is managing tactical sales activity through the field sales team. Additional responsibilities include supporting strategic activities related to supplier relations and financial governance of the assigned business.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in sales, brand management, or strategy in polymers; valid driver’s license; proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Work Environment
Remote work; adaptable to shared spaces and constant noise.
Physical Requirements
Communication, reading, typing, lifting to 40lbs, and travel required.
