Objective / PurposeThe Business Director’s primary mission is to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with Entec's suppliers and provide day-to-day oversight, guidance, and development to the Business Managers team.
Areas of ResponsibilityPerformance in this role is measured by the achievement of the following objectives:
Goal Setting & Growth
• Establish and drive goals that align with our suppliers’ strategic growth targets.
Team Leadership & Guidance
• Mentor Business Managers on inventory optimization, supplier negotiations, and collaboration with the sales team to exceed growth metrics.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
• Research emerging industry trends and recommend new offerings that address evolving customer needs.
Operational Assessment & Improvement
• Evaluate marketing, sales, supplier, and vendor processes; develop and implement enhancements.
Strategic Partnerships
• Forge and manage partnerships to expand Entec's business volume and market presence.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
• Perform related duties as required to support organizational objectives.
