Business Development Manager (Construction Industry)

Join us as a Business Development Manager with expertise in the construction and modular building industry. This remote role is based in Massachusetts and involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Develop new business opportunities in modular construction, prefabrication, and off-site building solutions.
  2. Client & Partner Relations: Maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and government agencies.
  3. Industry Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to refine strategies.
  4. Sales & Contract Negotiation: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.
  5. Collaboration & Networking: Work with internal teams and attend industry events.
  6. Revenue & Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs and report on business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Proven experience in business development within modular construction.
  • Knowledge of modular building systems and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
