Business Development Manager (BDM) - Staffing at Remote

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven USA IT Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the USA IT staffing industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record of client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (mandatory).
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, particularly in the USA staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of USA IT staffing models, recruitment lifecycle, and client engagement strategies.
  • Experience working with clients in IT, healthcare, BFSI, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients within the US staffing industry. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their hiring needs and staffing challenges to offer tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Target Achievement: Set and meet sales targets. Develop action plans to drive revenue and expand the client base.
  4. Collaborate with Recruitment Team: Work with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and high-quality candidates are delivered.
  5. Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management. Analyze sales data for trends and opportunities.
  6. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
