What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build your book of business by generating leads, acquiring clients, and nurturing relationships with hiring managers.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
  • Utilize Shtudy’s technology to find top talent and streamline recruiting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and candidates, ensuring the best matches.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience and/or 6+ months of recruiting experience (Tech recruiting a plus).
  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for building relationships and helping others succeed.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator: Not required but encouraged; access provided after 6 months.

Preferred Skills include technical recruiting, cold calling, account and client management, CRM, full-cycle recruiting, B2B sales, sourcing, and business development.
