What You'll Be Doing:
- Build your book of business by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and nurturing relationships with hiring managers.
- Run a full lifecycle recruiting desk, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers.
- Use Shtudy’s cutting-edge technology to find top talent and streamline your recruiting process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and candidates, ensuring the best possible match for both sides.

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience and/or 6+ months of recruiting experience (Tech recruiting a plus).
- A college degree is preferred, but not required.
- Passion for building relationships and helping others succeed.
- Resourcefulness: You’re a problem solver who loves to research and make things happen.
- Strong written communication skills – you’re comfortable crafting professional emails and eye-catching job and sales ads.
- Drive and motivation to succeed – you're eager to build a rewarding career and be the best at what you do.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
- Confidentiality: You’ll handle sensitive candidate and client information with the utmost care.
- LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator: While not required, we encourage recruiters to use their own LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator accounts. After the 6-month trial, the company will provide access to these tools for salary-based employees.
