Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience and/or 6+ months of recruiting experience (Tech recruiting a plus).
  • A college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for building relationships and helping others succeed.
  • Resourcefulness: You’re a problem solver who loves to research and make things happen.
  • Strong written communication skills – you’re comfortable crafting professional emails and eye-catching job and sales ads.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed – you're eager to build a rewarding career and be the best at what you do.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
  • Confidentiality: You’ll handle sensitive candidate and client information with the utmost care.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator: While not required, we encourage recruiters to use their own LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator accounts. After the 6-month trial, the company will provide access to these tools for salary-based employees.
