Job summary

Wright Automotive is seeking a motivated individual to manage the Call Center/Business Development Center. Previous automotive experience isn’t required; we value a self-starter attitude and teamwork. The role focuses on developing outbound campaigns, managing leads and forecasts, and supporting the sales team to achieve dealership goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts.
• Manage and track internet leads and inbound sales calls.
• Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.
• Manage day-to-day business of the business development center.
• Collect and analyze business metrics.
• Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals.
• Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies.
• Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary.
