Job summary

Wright Automotive Group in Kentucky is seeking a motivated individual to manage our Call Center/Business Development Center. No automotive experience required; prior call center, sales or management background is valued and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
• Manage and track internet leads and inbound sales calls
• Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
• Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
• Collect and analyze business metrics
• Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals
• Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
• Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
