About The Opportunity

This Business Development Manager position is a remote role based in the United States, with future needs considered.

At Netrix Global, the Business Development Manager is an individual contributor focused on driving new business opportunities as a hunter, targeting new logo accounts within the IT Consulting industry. This role requires a proven track record as a top producer, excelling in identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Ideally, candidates are in the top 5% of sales in their current company and reside in large metropolitan areas within the United States. The role involves extensive client meetings and the ability to conduct both web and face-to-face presentations with ease.

The growth-oriented Business Development Manager is ambitious and aims to lead in sales and earnings. The role offers extensive advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding division of the organization, with a focus on winning new clients and surpassing multi-million-dollar annual sales targets.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving new business sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams supporting IT solutions sales.
  • Enhance sales collateral by providing input for creating effective presentation materials.
  • Communicate client needs for new services to internal teams.
  • Deliver well-received presentations to internal and external audiences, including senior management and clients.
  • Operate effectively in a high-achievement, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams.
  • Communicate client expectations and provide insights.

What You Will Bring To The Table

  • 5-10 years of sales experience as a hunter, with success in acquiring new logos and revenue, preferably with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) in cloud environments, and sales of professional services and cloud/managed services.
  • College degree (BA, BBA, BS); relevant work experience considered if non-degreed.
  • At least 5 years in IT consulting, software, or business services sales, with a focus on cloud solutions, including 3 years in major accounts or enterprise sales.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic C-level relationships.
  • Knowledge of current technology and business trends to advise clients effectively.
  • Consistent achievement of revenue and quota targets.
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and market strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience delivering impactful presentations.
