Business Development Manager - US

$80,000 - $100,000 + 25% bonus

Remote (US-based, with occasional travel)

Are you a dynamic sales professional eager to take on your next challenge? We’re working with a leading specialist lighting & electricals manufacturer to find a Business Development Manager who will drive growth across the US market. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage key accounts, build new business, and shape innovative commercial strategies across a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across a variety of channels, including retail and professional markets.
• Manage contracts and JBPs to maximise revenue.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and expand the company’s market presence.
• Travel to meet with clients and attend trade shows (when required) to drive reach and penetration in the US market.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has 5+ years of B2B sales experience in consumer goods, ideally in a Key Account Manager or Regional Sales Manager role.
• Is experienced managing and growing key accounts in retail.
• Is a strong communicator with excellent negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
• Is a self-motivated go-getter with a drive for success and a high level of ambition!
