Oticon Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Business Development Group in New Jersey. You will streamline operations, coordinate schedules, onboard customers, and support the BDG to deliver exceptional service and growth in our contractual accounts.
In this role you will manage travel and meetings, prepare reports, develop training materials, and maintain CRM data in Salesforce, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be an integral member of the Business Development Group (BDG) team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Development. In this critical support role, you will contribute to the team's success by streamlining operations and ensuring the efficient achievement of strategic objectives
This position collaborates with customers, Business Development Managers, and other internal departments to deliver on Oticon BDG's unique value proposition, while supporting growth. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for executing a range of administrative tasks, engaging directly with customers, and providing critical support to maintain seamless department operations. Collaborating closely with the BDG team, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth within our contractual accounts

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $54,494 and $60,549 annual; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
