Business Development Manager

USD $90,000 + Uncapped Commissions + Stock Options! (OTE: $120,000)

WOW Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in specialty brands or retail to drive revenue growth and solve complex commerce challenges.

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while delivering tailored solutions that maximize client ROI.

This role is perfect for a results-driven, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about Unified Commerce.

You Will Have:

️ 3+ years of full cycle sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

️ Expertise in commerce, especially order fulfilment or inventory management solutions.

️ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

️ Experience managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.

️ Located in the U.S. (MST or CST time zone) – no visa sponsorship provided.

️ Background in specialty brands or retail is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & Qualify Leads: Prospect potential clients through outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Manage the Sales Process: Conduct needs assessments, deliver tailored presentations, and navigate complex sales cycles.
• Drive ROI-Based Selling: Build compelling business cases that highlight the financial and operational benefits of Quivers' solutions.
• Close Deals: Develop and negotiate contracts, consistently hitting revenue targets.
• Engage in the Industry: Attend trade shows, stay updated on e-commerce trends, and collaborate across teams to drive success.
