Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and self-motivated Business Development Managers to
generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals. The role primarily involves
digital outreach, telephonic communication, and video meetings. Physical client visits will only
be required for confirmed appointments.


Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, digital outreach, and networking
Pitch tailored business solutions to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct meetings virtually and schedule in-person visits only upon client confirmation
Achieve monthly sales targets (Probation: minimum 50% of 6 lakh target)
Deliver persuasive sales presentations
Follow up, negotiate, and close deals
Maintain CRM/sales records and submit weekly reports
Share client feedback for product/service improvement



Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in direct/B2B/B2C sales
Strong lead generation and conversion skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with telephonic and virtual client interactions
Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented approach
Good knowledge of the Bangalore market
Fluency in English and the local language
