Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 7383 - Salem in Oregon seeks a relationship-driven salesperson to connect homeowners and business owners with our emergency restoration services. The role combines in-office coordination and field activities, with performance-based commissions and a base salary.

This is a non-remote, in-person position centered in Salem. You will build strong relationships with insurance professionals, generate new business through local events, manage your sales pipeline, and work with

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Emergency Response teams to support opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Present services and secure ongoing referral partnerships.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads (commission).

Package

• Base Salary of $60k per year.
• Monthly performance commission on your client referrals.
• Residual & renewal commissions on your client referrals - NO CAP!
• The better you are at your job, the more you will make. Top performers can double their base salary.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events
• Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
• Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships
• Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with the opportunity to earn commission
• Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process
• Meet and exceed monthly goals
