ServiceMaster Restore in Eugene, OR is seeking a relationship-driven salesperson to help families and businesses find us when they need us most. Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and referral partners while generating new business through local events and networking.

This role offers a base salary of $60k per year, plus monthly commissions and renewal bonuses. Top performers can double their base salary, with a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits included.

Package

• Base Salary of $60k per year.
• Monthly performance commission on your client referrals.
• Residual & renewal commissions on your client referrals - NO CAP!

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events
• Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
• Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships
• Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with the opportunity to earn commission
• Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process
• Meet and exceed monthly goals
