Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager in Pennsylvania. The role will identify leads, qualify prospects, and build new sustainable partnerships, with 60-70% local travel and an auto allowance.

You will present customized solutions, negotiate, close deals, and onboard accounts while collaborating with a service team to ensure delivery of value to clients. This is a growth-oriented, performance-driven opportunity.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or new account development experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate across functions to proactively communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel between the branch and prospect/client locations.

Responsibilities
