  • Participate in structured Go/No-Go evaluations.
  • Track decision timelines, stakeholders, and buying influences.
  • Prioritize high-probability opportunities.
Capture Planning & Execution
  • Develop and manage capture plans for assigned pursuits.
  • Coordinate with Preconstruction, Operations, and Marketing to align win strategy.
  • Ensure clear documentation of client expectations, scope assumptions, and risk considerations.
  • Support proposal development, interview preparation, and commercial discussions.
  • Builds and maintains close relationships with the subcontractor and engineering community to develop long-term partners. Drives the selection process of qualified subcontractors and engineers to achieve overall subcontractor strategy.
Process-Driven Client Engagement
  • Support early feasibility, conceptual budgeting, and schedule discussions with private owners and developers.
  • Translate client conversations into actionable internal deliverables.
  • Maintain structured follow-up cadence and communication discipline.
Preconstruction & Operations Coordination
  • Serve as liaison between project delivery teams to ensure hand-offs are smooth between preconstruction and construction operations.
  • Ensure clarity in handoff from pursuit to execution.
  • Reinforce alignment between what is sold and what is delivered with surveys and client interfacing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in Mosser’s CRM (Unanet).
  • Provide probability assessments and forecasting input.
  • Support pipeline reporting and backlog planning discussions.
  • Maintain awareness of regional development activity and market trends.
  • Engage economic development contacts and industry networks to monitor emerging opportunities.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, business development, or client-facing operational roles.
  • Experience working with private owners, developers, or industrial clients preferred.
  • Working knowledge of alternative delivery methods and negotiated project structures.
