Position Summary

Position Summary: E.S. Wagner Co. is seeking a Business Development Manager to support continued growth in our private commercial and industrial heavy civil work, while also supporting select public-sector opportunities. This role is primarily focused on building and maintaining relationships with private owners, developers, and key decision-makers, identifying early project opportunities, and supporting pursuit efforts from initial lead through award. The Business Development Manager will work closely with Operations, Estimating, Marketing, and executive leadership. Preferred

• 3–7 years of business development, preconstruction, or construction-related experience
• Experience working with private owners or developers
• Familiarity with heavy civil, industrial, or infrastructure markets
• Comfort participating in client meetings and presentations
