Job summary

Paces Restoration, an American Restoration Brand, seeks a Business Development Manager based in Stockbridge, GA. This full-time role leads the Business Development Representative and Emergency Assistance Sales teams, supporting referral partnerships, sales strategy, and team performance.

You will manage after-hours emergencies, municipal EA contracts, and relationships with fire departments within a 50-mile radius, driving growth through long-term referrals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Experience in restoration, property management, multifamily housing, insurance, or agency sales is a plus
• Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term referral relationships
• Self-starter with accountability, drive, and follow-through
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with people at various levels in an organization
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM tools, and related business software

Responsibilities

• Manage all BDR/EA Sales teams
• Manage all customer relations for after hour emergencies or catastrophic events
• Manage all relationships with fire departments within surrounding 50-mile range
• Manage/maintain all contract agreements with municipalities for EA response services
• Create new contracts with municipalities for EA response services
• Manage after hours dispatch for the sales team(s)
• Work with department managers to create seamless transitions for a better customer experience
• Triage General Manager and/or Department Leaders in major storm events

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager is the backbone of our sales teams and plays a key role in driving growth for Paces Restoration. Based out of the Stockbridge office and reporting directly to the General Manager, this role oversees the Business Development Representative and Emergency Assistance Sales teams while supporting referral partnerships, sales strategy, and team performance.

Compensation and Perks

• Base salary of $50,000
• Commission potential of $20,000
