Job Title: Business Development Manager (Remote)

RTM Business Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our remote sales team. This role involves full-cycle sales responsibilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing pipeline growth, with potential advancement to Account Executive.

Location: Remote in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, IN, SC

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Base $50,000 + bonuses, with year one total compensation expected between $65,000 and $75,000.

Responsibilities:
  • Research target markets and identify leads
  • Qualify prospects based on company criteria
  • Engage leads via calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Conduct personalized prospecting activities
  • Present to C-suite decision makers, demonstrating value
  • Collaborate with sales team to manage pipeline
  • Report on performance metrics
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Background in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or B2B events
