We're looking for a motivated Sales / Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and strengthen our relationships across the market.

Position Summary:

As a Sales / Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building relationships with prospective clients. Your mission will be to introduce our recruitment and advisory services to small and mid-sized businesses, uncover hiring and consulting needs, and partner with our internal recruiters to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers to understand their hiring and staffing needs
• Present and position MGR’s recruiting and advisory services as tailored solutions
• Collaborate with recruiting team to ensure successful delivery of candidates
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in CRM
• Attend industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity targets

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or professional services sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable making cold calls, conducting in-person and virtual meetings
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Understanding of accounting, finance, or recruiting is a plus
