About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about full-cycle sales roles. This position begins as a Business Development Manager with a structured ramp-up and growth path leading to full Account Executive responsibilities. The candidate should demonstrate strong prospecting, sales-driving, pipeline development, and account management skills.

The role offers an OTE of $65,000 to $70,000 in the first year, with uncapped commission potential. Extensive training and opportunities for both collaborative and independent work are provided.

Residency Requirements

This remote position requires residency in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, IN, or SC.

Responsibilities
  • Research target markets and identify leads from various sources
  • Qualify prospects based on the company's ideal customer profile
  • Engage leads via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Conduct daily prospecting activities: 60 personalized emails and 30 cold calls aiming to set appointments
  • Present to C-suite decision-makers, consulting on their business challenges and demonstrating our services' value
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Account Executives to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to Sales Managers

  • Ability to travel
