We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – East Coast (Florida Based)

Location: Orlando or Tampa, FL (Remote with regional travel)

Passionate about the travel industry and skilled at building strong partnerships? TARCG is hiring a Business Development Manager to help expand our client’s network of travel advisors and agency partners across Florida and the East Coast.

In this role, you’ll be representing a premium air travel provider offering First, Business, and Premium Economy fares, private charters, and group travel services—delivering top-tier experiences to discerning travelers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing relationships with travel advisors, agencies, and consortia
• Representing the client at industry events and trade shows
• Leading product trainings and presentations to keep partners informed and engaged
• Collaborating with internal teams to shape sales strategies
• Keeping your pipeline and activity up to date in Salesforce
• Hitting revenue goals and helping them grow

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in the travel industry (luxury or consortia experience is a big plus)
• A proven track record in B2B sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ideally based in Central Florida and open to regional travel
