Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Omaha, NE seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition in the clerical and light industrial sectors. You will prospect in the field, manage accounts in-office, and build relationships with HR and operations leaders to solve talent shortages.

Leverage LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to generate leads, conduct discovery on workforce challenges, and deliver consultative account management aimed at retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, motivated sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow.
• Track record of hitting KPIs and signing new clients using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
• Strong business acumen - ability to speak to workforce trends affecting clerical and light industrial roles.
• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and outside sales experience required.
