Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our market presence in Omaha. You will generate new business across industries, conduct door knocks, cold calls, and client meetings to meet weekly goals.

You will build and manage a diverse prospect list, create and sustain strong client partnerships, and collaborate daily with branch leaders on sales strategy. Represent Ōnin in the community through networking.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
