Restoration 1 of Dulles is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in Fairfax and Loudoun counties. You will develop referral partnerships with plumbers, property managers, and insurers, while expanding our local network and opportunities.

The role offers a lucrative commission structure, company-sponsored benefits, PTO, and paid training, with a flexible schedule to balance field activity and meetings. You will travel locally to build relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Business development or B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Professional presence and strong follow-through.
• Experience in restoration, construction, property management, insurance, or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally and live within ~45 minutes of Dulles, VA.

Restoration 1 of Dulles is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our presence throughout parts of Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.

This is a partnership-based B2B sales role focused on developing strong referral relationships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, public adjusters, and other local professionals.

Restoration 1 is one of the largest independent restoration companies in the country, built on a simple principle: we work for the customer.
