TSP talent is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth of HVAC-related facility service contracts across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial markets. You will identify opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and lead proposals from pricing to positioning.

You will negotiate multi-year service agreements and partner with operations, engineering, and finance to design solutions that improve building performance, safety, and efficiency.

• Deep experience selling HVAC or mechanical facility services in a B2B, consultative setting.
