Title: Business Development Manager (Staffing Industry)

Multiple Locations:

• New York, NY
• Central New Jersey
• Greater Philadelphia, PA
• Greater Austin, TX
• Greater Houston, TX

Hybrid Schedule: On-Site Local Branch Office 3x Per Week

Compensation: Base salary range of$60,000-$100,000 + uncapped and industry-leading commission plan

About the Role:

SalesFiit is seeking multiple BD Managers (Individual Contributors) for our client, one of the fastest growing companies in the Staffing & Recruiting industry(Glassdoor Ratings: 4.7/5 Stars | 96% 'Would Recommend to a Friend')!

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business by identifying and establishing relationships with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a client pipeline to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell services and identify additional opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• A self-starter with a "hunter" mentality focused on generating new business.
• Comfortable with hybrid schedule
• Proven success selling staffing services in one of the following verticals:

> Technology/IT

> Accounting + Finance

> Creative

> Professional Services (Legal, HR, Admin)

Candidates Who Are Close, But Not a Fit For These Roles:

• Staffing professionals from the light industrial, manufacturing, and/or engineering space
• Recruiters with no sales function/responsibility
