Your Impact as a Business Development Manager:

In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our new business engine. This means you'll be responsible for generating your own leads and building a robust sales pipeline from the ground up. You won't just be selling; you'll be a strategic consultant to potential clients, understanding their needs and showcasing how Goat's industry-leading influencer marketing solutions can achieve their goals.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Proactively identify, research, and cultivate new business opportunities and promising leads with top-tier brands through strategic outreach, networking, and market analysis.
  • Dive deep into market research and leverage your network to identify and cultivate promising leads with top-tier brands.
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their challenges and aligning Goat’s solutions to their strategic objectives.
  • Lead the development and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our unique value in influencer and social media marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with major brands, other GroupM agencies, and our internal experts to develop integrated solutions and close deals that hit revenue targets.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine our business development approach.
  • Provide clear updates on your pipeline, performance, and market insights to senior management.

This Role Is For You If You Have:

  • 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a track record of success.
  • A solid understanding of the marketing industry, ideally with exposure to influencer or social media marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workload, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Google Platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
