Location: Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $75,000/Year + $1,000 Monthly MVA + Commissions Program

This is a full-time salaried management role based in Milwaukee, WI

As an Business Development Manager, you will focus on uncovering sales opportunities, building relationships with your team and prospects, and establishing a long and rewarding career in a growing industry. Your goal is to compete against yourself and achieve success, leading to increased protection of commercial properties in your territory and developing your reputation as a local security solutions expert.

You will craft your business plan to maximize your unlimited commission structure, propose, present, and close sales to qualify for the annual all-expenses-paid Gold Club trip, and strive to be nationally recognized for your efforts.

Day to Day:
  1. Outside Sales:
    • Selling guarding services and integrated solutions in your assigned territory.
    • Working both in-office at the Securitas branch and in the field.
  2. Long-cycle Approach:
    • Maintaining long-term business-to-business relationships.
    • Following up on new and existing opportunities.
  3. Local Territory:
    • Traveling within Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Northern Illinois.
    • Participating in networking activities to support business development.
  4. Resources:
    • Using provided and self-generated resources to promote and propose solutions.
    • Applying time management, communication, presentation, customer service, and team collaboration skills effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $75,000 base with uncapped commissions
  • First-year OTE: $150k+; end of Year 2: $200k+
  • $1,000 monthly vehicle allowance

Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum 4 years outside sales experience
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
