PULLMAN, a Structural Group Company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand our presence throughout Greater Boston and the New England region. This is an opportunity to join an industry leader specializing in concrete repair, structural strengthening, historic restoration, waterproofing, façade rehabilitation, and building envelope solutions.
In this highly visible role, you'll work directly with building owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and general contractors to identify, develop, and capture opportunities across commercial, healthcare, higher education, mixed-use, and technology markets.

Location & Travel: Boston-area based with travel throughout the New England region (70-80%).
Compensation: We anticipate end-of-year total compensation, including base salary and bonuses, in the range of $185,000-205,000, based on education, experience, and performance.
