About Repserve
At Repserve, we lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, enabling firms to enter new markets or expand in existing ones. Our Reps typically manage up to three non-competing clients, handling all communications while scheduling physical client interactions as per the allocated time.
This role involves a 25% time allocation or approximately 40 hours per month, with potential to increase up to 100% or full-time, depending on client needs. The position offers a monthly salary of $800 plus commissions. Expenses such as petrol, parking, tolls, and mobile charges are covered, while larger expenses require prior approval. Clients may also opt to pay performance-based commissions, which will be discussed and agreed upon.
